Mediation Pricing

Hoosier Mediation offers package pricing with no retainers.  Why?  Retainers and hourly billing incentivize dragging matters out and using up the retainer.  While this may be good for business, it's not good for families.  Each package includes worksheets for the couples to complete individually, as well as mediation hours and document preparation & filing.  Although additional hours of mediation are offered at at reduced hourly rate, in our experience, the included number of hours are sufficient in 95% of cases.  Best of all, Hoosier Mediation's packages cost less than just one typical retainer.
